Grandchildren on your knee

WELLL well well folks the cat is out of the bag. We have ourselves a feast of a transfer, and just to let yall know off the bat I've gotta catch myself a plane today so this'll be a shorter email. 30% words and 70% flicks is the goal. But here's the sitch: 


- I'm leaving Macapá and making my way OVER to maraba. LZ told me I'm going there last night and I was like "where's that at" and he was like "basically the middle of freakin' nowhere" only he said it in Portuguese. But ya basically I'm heading over to another area far from Belém, becoming district leader and opening ANOTHA area. Also I have maybe the most legendary zone of all time? Boutta have the legendary Elder Villafan as LZ AND making a first time appearance Elder Emett as a LZ too. Not to mention I've got the day 1 solider Elder Schudde and his mystery son in my district as well, so it's gonna be a heckin party. Def a pain we only see each other once a month but it's aight 😪

-as for Elder KLINGER boy oh boy does he have it in for him. Dawg just got done being trained and now HE'S gonna train another Elder straight from the MTC! golllly it was so funny, when we got the news I was like hootin and hollerin going nuts and he was just staring in shock like 😦🧍‍♂️ but I know dudes gonna kill it. Just got done being a dad and now I've already got grandpa status 🧓 that was not expected. But I know he's gonna kill it, Elder Klingers BEEN ready for more responsibility and I know the Lord knows that too. Hyped to hear about more stories from Macapá, I know it's in good hands. 

I'm sad to see Macapá go dude. It's been such a fun ride, and I saw SO many miracles during my time here. I got the chance to meet so many amazing people, learn so many important lessons (through making a tonna mistakes) and come to know my savior even better during these 3 months. This area will always have a special place in my heart. But, here's to the future! I got a ton more lessons to learn, a ton more mistakes to make and I know I'll grow even closer with my savior during these next 3 months. Excited for the opportunity, it'll be a great time.

WHAT A WEEK       Holy cow you guys, I feel like I just got done running a marathon and here I'm finally catching my breath. This week was straight up nutso, so much stuff went down but it all ended well. You guys remember that whole "miracle marriage" thing that went down at the beginning of month? Whaaaats up everybody how's it going?? Happy to see all your smiling faces here again, same time same place reading another piece of Hillstead mail... I hope you're smiling anyway. But guys this last week was a real whooper, tons o' stuff happened and I've got pictures in case anyone wants proof. But enough of the appetizer let's get to the main freakin dish already        We had a Mission Tour this last week! This gentlemen named Elder Eddy (member of the 70) rolled up to the mission to talk with all of us and it was great. He spoke about the importance of us staying focused on our purpose, and doing the right stuff for the right reason, and my oh my was it a message for the ages. One of those messages you hear and you're ready to hit the streets and work hard as tar. Yo yo yo peeps how goes it. This week was a good one! Majority was just a-workin and a-learnin, so lemme think. I'll start off the email with all the outline other stuff that this week contained and then get into the actual content. Outlining Information ️     - Saw a beetle the other day that was rather large   maybe it was John      - Tried Belém's Sushi and was mad questionable   tasted fire but my stomach hated me after      - How are the clouds here always so beautiful every single day   they're always crying though      - The fam's traveling in Australia people, pray for them        Really tried to use as many emojis as I could for maximum entertainment there.
