JUNE 29: ALONE AGAIN (NATURALLY

MINHA SEMANA - This week was another good one! Elder drink Coke & I set out on the mission to find some sweet folks this week and the Lord blessed us to find some hecka neat people. One of these folks was Wesley and his brother Max! This super sick returned missionary recommended us to their family, and they ended up being super interested and wanna go to church a ton. Sadly they couldn't make it this week cause they stayed up boogying (literally, they had a dance comp until 2am) so they were too pooped Sunday morning. Still though, so grateful to meet such great humans every day!
For the rest o' the semana, we unfortunately had to have a viking funeral for an Elder named Elder Comito 😔✊️. Y'all this kids a trooper, since I met him he's had some crazy health problems, but he's never ever complained about em. They were making it so that he was having a really hard time concentrating and working though, so President made the decision for him to go home to get better. Loved living with this guy during the transfer though, total stud. Along with him, Elder King left us and went to Belém in order to accompany Elder Comito. Now bro is with the 2 biggies cronies in the mission, Elder Mortensen & Elder Pimentel. Just kidding hahaha these guys are incredible I love em to death, but it was sad to see the elders we'd lived with these last 5 weeks hit the road. Funnily enough though, the same day that the 2 elders left, we checked our WhatsApp and we had gotten TOTALLY completelyyy blocked. Liked not just blocked, but like our account got killed. Exterminated. It said we could not longer use WhatsApp and had to replace our whole phone number. Me and Elder Babcock were surprised as heck cause we hadn't done any illegal activity that day, so we had no clue why we got blocked. Nevertheless though we didn't argue with the universe and kept moving forward. One day we lived with 2 other elders and had contact with the world, and the next it was just down to Elder Babcock & I. Strange feeling, I felt like Kevin from Home Alone when he made his family dissappear.

WHAT A WEEK       Holy cow you guys, I feel like I just got done running a marathon and here I'm finally catching my breath. This week was straight up nutso, so much stuff went down but it all ended well. You guys remember that whole "miracle marriage" thing that went down at the beginning of month? Whaaaats up everybody how's it going?? Happy to see all your smiling faces here again, same time same place reading another piece of Hillstead mail... I hope you're smiling anyway. But guys this last week was a real whooper, tons o' stuff happened and I've got pictures in case anyone wants proof. But enough of the appetizer let's get to the main freakin dish already        We had a Mission Tour this last week! This gentlemen named Elder Eddy (member of the 70) rolled up to the mission to talk with all of us and it was great. He spoke about the importance of us staying focused on our purpose, and doing the right stuff for the right reason, and my oh my was it a message for the ages. One of those messages you hear and you're ready to hit the streets and work hard as tar. Yo yo yo peeps how goes it. This week was a good one! Majority was just a-workin and a-learnin, so lemme think. I'll start off the email with all the outline other stuff that this week contained and then get into the actual content. Outlining Information ️     - Saw a beetle the other day that was rather large   maybe it was John      - Tried Belém's Sushi and was mad questionable   tasted fire but my stomach hated me after      - How are the clouds here always so beautiful every single day   they're always crying though      - The fam's traveling in Australia people, pray for them        Really tried to use as many emojis as I could for maximum entertainment there.
